Record without disturbing
Use safe-distance photographs to show the full wall, visible cracks and surrounding grades. Do not excavate behind a questionable wall or stand in an area that may be affected by movement.
Establish the review path
The material, movement history, loading and surrounding property determine which professionals may need to be involved. AWC provides construction support rather than independent engineering or soil certification.
Build from a defined scope
Where a repair is appropriate, the proposal should name access, removal limits, specified details, adjacent restoration and professional-review responsibilities.
Photos help start the review. Access, concealed conditions and required professional review can change the construction scope.
